This depends on your current billing arrangement. If you're already on a Pay-As-You-Go or existing CSP subscription, the transition is purely a billing relationship change - your resources, configurations, and access remain completely unchanged with zero downtime. However, if you're currently on an Enterprise Agreement (EA) or Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA), your resources will need to be migrated to new CSP subscriptions. We handle this migration carefully to minimise disruption, and we'll walk you through the process during our initial discussion.

We provide a consolidated monthly invoice for your Azure consumption, billed in GBP. The invoice includes detailed usage breakdowns so you can see exactly where your spend is going. Payment terms are typically 30 days.
